I didn't get it and am also getting mixed messages on whether he's GC only, or Gathering + GC. Jackal?

If I did indeed read Eva's list right, then it is correct as far as me and Murphy are concerned. He can't go cuz' he got screwed (details in another thread), and if he can't go neither can I.

Eva, did the mailing list get my withdrawal email?

Add me to the list of definates to the gather due to the miracle of a federal tax return large enough to cover my plane ticket. :)

I'd move me to more to the maybe list. August still hasn't opened in the books yet. So I don't know if I can get it off yet. I am hoping to get at least a day or two but it is in the middle of a popular time at the prison.

*cartwheels through thread*

Too...much...caffine!

And for your information I originally wrote "coz it it".

[I am trying to avoid getting a hump from sitting slumped over my desk, the result of which means I can't sit nose to LCD goodness with my screen - thus all the letters are well weeney and I misspell everything. It's either a hump or dyslexia. For a very vain editor such as myself this is tough choice to make.]

*shoves the thread back on track*

Sorry! :D

Perhaps if you used a real scren, and not "LCD fuzzcrap," you'd be able to clearly read small text on screen. I run my 17" CRT at 1600x1200, so the text is about half the height it is on your LCD, and it's perfectly clear.

So, :p

LCD Fuzzcrap?! :lol

Actually the greasy little paws prints from me pooking it also add to the general confusion. However surely the fact you can read 2.5 point text means that in actual fact you have uber telescopic eyesight, and your glasses actually curve the other way to stop your mega sensitive eyesight ripping a hole in the space time continum.

*nods sagely*

Thought so.

You know, people always do that to mine, too. Everyone /has/ to poke the monitor to point things out, apparently because they don't have the manual dexterity to stop /just/ before they touch it. *sigh*

At least in your cash, there's a decent reason to poke the screen; it makes pretty colors.

Actually, I can't read the screen at all. In violation of every statistical law, I actually am always just guessing what someone else has said when I reply, and have simply never guessed wrong. I'm as bewildered as any of the rest of you how this is possible.

*blink* wow *blink*

And mine doesn't do the Newton Ring thing. It's special. *nods* We have the technology to make this so. weow *MatrixFlex* weow. So sadly the grubby splodges are all for nothing. *sigh*

ANYWAY! This has nothing to do with anything.

Okay folks, I'm fairly certain I can get the vacation time, but I'm filing the request tomorrow, and they shouldn't begrudge me a week or so off, since I work my ass for them for the rest of the year.

Just keeping you posted.
