PM problems

Users should come to the Embassy to make all suggestions, bug reports, complaints, and anything else relating to the forum itself. The Embassy Control staff will take all issues seriously. Or kill you. One of the two. Possibly both.

1. I don't get an email notification about a new PM, even though I have email notification activated.

2. There's no New PM icon next to new PMs.

Okay, I got the PM notification email, albeit a bit late. And I think this happened to me before, too.
