Users should come to the Embassy to make all suggestions, bug reports, complaints, and anything else relating to the forum itself. The Embassy Control staff will take all issues seriously. Or kill you. One of the two. Possibly both.
How does the cookie for themes work? Is it dependant on the account, or the machine?
I ask because I use the normal Bulldrek theme at home, but I get here through a slow-as-shit Mac at school, and I'd like to be able to use Extract there and Bulldrek here without flipping back and forth.
It's per-account. It doesn't matter if you log on in Uganda, you'll still get the same theme you chose in your Profile. The only thing to do is switch it back and forth when you're in different places, I'm afraid.
