[LotR and D&D3e]Greyhawk half-breed

I've been playing Decipher's LotR game recently and I like the system, sort of a level-less D&D3e. I am also a fan of the Greyhawk setting and was wondering if anyone had tried using LotR's ruleset in Greyhawk or any other D&D setting.
