Can I ask why you didn't Copyright steam and Sorcery? I am not trying to be an ass, I was just curious. Could you theoretically prove they juked ya and get some rights? Or is that just wishful thinking by me?

You wouldn't be copyrighting anything; you would be trademarking the name.

You copyright writing/art/etc, you trademark names, you patent processes.

According to the USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office), using their TESS search engine, there are no trademarks that use both words Steam and Sorcery at the moment, nor any pending requests. Just so you know.
