What map are we basing it on, though?

I know Paul does a lot of his locations based on RL maps, but I've not yet had the time to figure out where they map onto the SR-era Seattle maps. . .

I think since the island appears to be largely underdevelopped (no grid of roads or the like) that we can bluff our way through and use RL coordinates. Unless there a universal SR map to uise coordinates from.

I use both actually. The grid maps from the back of the Seattle Sourcebook, and RL-so I don't end up locating a bar in the middle of the Federated Boeing complex. I admit I may have missed something though, but I try to be pretty thurough on that count.

Council Island Museum of Tribal History
Medium Museum | 14 Council Island Avenue | Aron Morning Dream, Manager | No known bias | LTG NA/UCAS-SEA 206-233-8114

The Council Island Museum of Tribal History is dedicated to preserving the artifacts and culture of Puget Sound Natives and other surrounding tribes. Though sparse, the collection is one of the most renowned in the area, due mostly to what had become dubbed by the locals as "The Story Room", a digital and paper library of legends and tales from tribes around the Pacific Northwest.

>The Story Room is an amazing collection of Native legends. Many of the stories collected there do not existed in written form anywhere else in the world, as the stories are traditionally only passed on orally.
>Nathaniel Running Bear

>No one will admit it, but the deeper bowels of the museum hold evidence that extraterrestials visted ancient Native Americans.

Can you throw a couple of paragraphs up for Tacoma and Everett?

I'll do at least one for each location, along with the two I've got planned for Council Island.

Doing what I can to patch up those holes ;)

The Strip
Outdoor Performance Hall | 320 NW Boeing Way, Tacoma | "Runway Ron" Hoskins, Owner | No known bias | LTG NA/UCAS-SEA 206-442-1906

Once an airstrip for branch of Boeing Industries, the company relinquished the property in 2058 to Hoskins, who set about to turn the runway into a concert ground that is quickly becoming a regular stopping spot for artists who are just breaking out. As The Strip's popularity has grown, so has the facilities, adding smoke machines and light and laser shows to keep the crowds coming, even in the soggiest of Tacoma weather.

>That's not all the additions made, chummer. Foul ol' Ron just added a handful of those coffin booths that people are renting out so they can watch shows from the Astral Plane.
>Isaac Dawson

>Scan this: Lone Star recently deemed the site a "park", and got Hoskins's liquor license revoked so he can't serve booze no more. He's fighting it, of course, but in the mean time plan to bring your own poison if you're catching a show.
>Bung

Razor's Stadium
Combat Bike Arena | 18 Jameson Boulevard, Everett | Karen Li, Manager | No known bias | LTG NA/UCAS-SEA 206-715-9418

Razor's Stadium is home of the Razors, Everett's pro-combat biking team. Last season the Razors placed second in the Seattle league, after spending an abysmal 17 years in last place. The renewed interest in the team has caused a total sell out of season tickets, this year, and fans are already bribeing, blackmail, fighting, and sleeping in front of the ticket office to pick up the rest of the seats, hoping to watch the Razors bring home thier first Seattle League Championship.

Chief Chillawauk's Teas and Coffees
Small Coffee House | 8 Wind Fire Street, Council Island | George Chillawauk, Owner | Slight bias against Non-Native Americans | NA/UCAS-SEA 206-227-7745

Chief Chillawauk's is breaking new ground in something the Pacific Northwest has already built a reputation for--coffee. Blending modern tea and coffee brewing techniques with traditional Salish brewing practices, George Chillawauk has created a menu of blends that people just cannot seem to get enough of. Besides serving hot tea and coffee on the premises, Chief Chillawauk's also packages the blends dry so patrons can take them and brew them at home.

>George-not-really-a-Chief Chillawauk brews the finest coffee I've ever tasted. Seriously beats the hell out of Stuffer Shack soycaf--but, then again, so does devil rat drek, most of the time.
>Isaac Dawson

>Wait, he just sells these mixes dry? If it's so good, why don't the corps just buy a package, take it back to thier research lab, and have the ingredients reverse engineered by morning?
>Doubting Thomas

>I'm taking it you've never had anything in the realm of Native cuisine, chummer, or at least never checked the ingredients. The truely skilled Native herbologists don't just pick leaves and call it good. They carefully select each ingredient by size, color, odor, favorite synth band, etcetera, to get just the right mix of flavors. I don't know that there's a coporate food manufacturer on the planet with the skills or the patience to be so selective about what they feed through the production line.

yo,

Just an FYI that deadlines and suchlike will be extended until the end of next week - around the 20th or 21st. Paul will be the one compiling all the new locations while I'm off at GenCon, so listen to what he says. :)

Do we still have (or have an updated version of) the want list? Ideas come a bit faster to me when I have a goal in mind.

Paul, if you remember to give me a New Seattle while I'm out there today, I'll start filling gaps, too. I have a number of new ideas.

Twisted Throttle Custom Choppers
7438 159th Pl NE, Redmond | Owner/Operator Stidjian Knight (Elf) |Bias: Corp Execs|| LTG 11206-820-1080

Former Engineer for Harley Davidson as well as custom builder for several Combat Biker teams, this shop caters to all custom bikes. From oldskool gas bikes to the latest offerings. Cutsom orders and builds avalable. This shop is concidered neutral territory by the Go Gangs simply because Stidjian won't tolerate the fighting. He also charges triple to anyone he even remotely suspects as a corpsuit slumming. The shop itself is outfitted with the latest diagnostic equipment as well as an eclectic array of other tools and such. It is wondered if not rumoured that his falling out with the corporate scene had something to do with his combat biker girlfriend getting killed several years back. That was when he quit tuning for the teams and went solo opening here in Redmond.

No content here, just serious commendations. This sort of stuff makes me really really love this board. You guys rock. Keep up the good work. Sometimes I feel I should have popcorn when I'm reading this. :D

Chen's Noodle House
1226 Redmond Way |Jimmy Chen, Owner/Chef, Bias against everyone (especially humans), LTG: NA/UCAS-SEA 206-353-1220

Run by a very large and perpetually angry Ork, don't expect good treatment when you visit Chen's. Jimmy's foul mood is not only evident on his face, but also on the faces of the staff that for some reason have stuck around for the past 3 years since Jimmy opened the place. Why go here you may ask? Jimmy makes the best bowl of beef noodle soup this side of the pacific. Don't you mean soy, chummer? No sir, Jimmy manages to get actual meat and his prices reflect that.

>Heard that one night a reasonably well known gang tried to get protection money out of Jimmy and before anyone could blink, the gang leader had 3 large knives sticking out of his head and neck. The rest of the gang turned tail and ran while Jimmy was ready to take on the rest of them, cursing up a storm in Cantonese.
>Wong#

>Stupid Drekface. Jimmy started that rumor himself to try to make sure that he wouldn't get hit up by the locals. Yeah, he's a mean bastard, but he's just a cook.

Noticed this one from earlier wasn't on the master list. An oversight, or just not filling a need?

It actually made the list I sent Adam. It was just an oversight on my part for that final list.

I actually haven't spoke with him since he left for Gen Con. So I am not sure what is happening right now.

I thought I posted this but apparently not.

THank you. Thank you all for your help. I appreciate it.
