I know that it comes from "Kobold ate my Babies!" game system. It's a very cheap game, but a very good game for simple, one-shot enterainment. You can find it easily at some game stores. They looks like this: bright yellow/pink/green game booklet.

It's Kobolds Ate My Baby, all right, but with a few twists and turns, considering the game works best around a table. Really, just tell me what you want to do and I'll tell you how it comes out, just like every other Pb3 ever.
