ntwk_413 error... da fuq?

So, I tried to download a game from Amazon.com, and when I did, i get this ntwk_413 error. i also can't seem to update my browser on this damn computer, or download google chrome.

Anyone got any help?
I suspect that people who speak or write properly are up to no good, or homersexual, or both
