I just rewatched Usain Bolt shatter the world record for the men's 200m dash, which he ran in 19.19 seconds, which is crazy. How the fuck does he leave absolutely everyone and everything in his wake in such an impressive fashion? Is this technique or does he have rocket boosters in his feet?
He's shockingly tall for a short distance runner, but has the coordination and explosiveness to compensate, so, when he gets moving, he's basically running in a higher gear than everyone else.
