Not really, it get's old fast. I mean, what do I have left to accomplish in GTA:SA?
1. Find all the Gang-tags in Los Santos. After 30 minutes, I get side-tracked into geeking someone cause they hit me with a car.
2. Win a gang-war with the apache.

You shut your filthy mouth. Starcraft, dated graphics aside, is still the best RTS availible. The only thing that comes close in recent years, in my opinion, is Dawn of War, and it is a very very different game.
One time I built a matter transporter, but things got screwed up (long story, lol) and I ended up turning into a kind of half-human, half-housefly monstrosity.

It was a combination of factors. One of my psych books states the current medically documented record as being between 11 and 17 days, and that person survived.

A lot of these cases actually have the guy die of other things, the lack of sleep just contributes to it. One, as I recall, died because he sat on his fat ass so long the blood clotted and when he went to move the blood clot moved and then lodged in his heart, causing a heart attack.
