Where are you from???

In the SST forum, users are free to discuss philosophy, music, art, religion, sock colour, whatever. It's a haven from the madness of Bulldrek; alternately intellectual and mundane, this is where the controversy takes place.

I currently live in the cesspool of Deadford (spelled Medford) in the County of Suffolk, on Long Island in the state of New York. Lived there for 18 straight years, then did a stint in Nashua, New Hampshire for a year, and now I've been back for three.

And the town's still boring.

Born there and then Lived by the race track with EDD. It was not too bad. At least we had downtown AH to wander and hang out. For boring I have to say its where we live now. Not much to do and not really close to towns to walk through. Only plus we have going is a bike trail behind our townhome. I think chicago, evanston, oak park are pretty neat to wander. I like having a real town instead of strip mall towns.

People who live in any location longer than a couple years tend to scare me. Hell, I've been in FLorida-da (again) for about two years now and if not for regular bouts of travel I'd be going nuts. As is, I feel antsy.

Born in Mankato, MN...raised in Greenville, MI...currently living in Lansing, MI.

Will probably relocate (hopefully out of state) when I find a job (hopefully within a year or two) that pays better where I don't have to put up with all the politics, red tape, bullshit, lawsuits, etc...
