Really a very simple thing. To enjoy life and never look back and regret what I did, or didn't do. There's a lot that builds on top of that, do a job I love, be recognized for what I do well, be selective with my friendships, speak my mind, but it pretty much comes down to that basic goal in life.

The only thing we tend to throw out is eggs and milk, as we rarely use either aside for a specific recipe, so we'll buy 6 eggs, use 3, and 2 months later go 'huh. These are waaaaay old....' and toss the other 3, or buy a pint of milk and only end up using 2/3s of it before it goes bad
